    The concierge staff at Puppyling were extremely helpful with the utmost attention to getting a puppy with superb medical reports Prior-to transporting an appropriate dog. Transportation by ground was both watchful and timely. We are now experiencing much joy with our new Havanese puppy, and she is both lively and loving! We even received a follow-up phone call from the breeder, Ernie Yoder, making sure we are satisfied! Very nice personal touch!!!

    My experience was great (except for the couple of days the system went down). My puppy is amazing. When I picked her up at the airport I expected her to be a bit traumatized but she was so sweet and played right away. So well adjusted. She learns fast and is ahead of the test in her puppy training class!

    Our puppy is amazing and perfect! My only complaint is that I was told there would be so much more communication and updates and I found it very very hard to get info from the breeder. Also, I paid a lot of money for the supply pack because I was told it was what he would be used to, etc. Meanwhile it’s all brand new stuff! And the transport was just okay. I didn’t realize he would be in a van for nearly 2 days! He went from MO to DC to PA to NJ. I do appreciate that he didn’t fly because of temps but I wish there was a more direct route. Overall I’m thrilled with our puppy and using Puppyling made finding him easy.

    I was searching for a basset hounds and read the reviews about puppyling so I decided to call them. From the beginning, I was impressed with their professionalism. I ended up purchasing my wonderful basset from Puppyling. They made all of the arrangements to fly her to me and kept me posted daily about her arrival and what to expect with my new puppy. They walked me every step of the way through their app. Her chaperone was wonderful and kept me informed during her entire arrival day. I now own a healthy, beautiful puppy and I love her so much.     Puppyling was great to work with. They were always available to talk if we had any questions and made the process so easy. If you are looking to add a fur baby to your family, Puppyling is the place. They have several options for arrangements to receive your puppy. Originally our puppy was suppose to come by airplane, but it was to hot so other arrangements were made. Our puppy was driven to a central location with a driver and nanny who took care of him during the long drive. He has been a great addition to our family.
